Email address, no card. You land on a roadmap of all 34 units with your next lesson marked Start. Pass it and the next one unlocks.
-
Learn it. Then prove it.
Every unit opens with short primer cards that refresh the basics. Then lessons, mostly best of five like the exam, with some true or false, matching and ordering. Every answer shows the explanation and its source. Clear the checkpoint to move on.
-
Sit the mock. Against the clock.
Milestone exams after every module. Timed mocks at 108 seconds a question, with no feedback until the end. Then you get a score for every topic. Scores are practice features, not a prediction of your exam result.
-
Find the gaps. Hammer them.
Mastery by topic shows where you are thin in our question bank. Every question you miss comes back on a spaced schedule. Weak spots drills your lowest-mastery questions whenever you want.
-
Build strength. Go deeper.
Right answers earn XP. Keep a daily streak going. Climb eight ranks named after the layers of the skin, from Stratum corneum down to Subcutis.
Everything unlocked. Pick how you pay.
Both plans give you the same full access: no tiers, no add-ons, no upsell halfway through. Start free, and pay only when you want to keep going.

Straight answers.
Are the first two units really free?
Yes. Create a free account with your email address, then work through the first two units before deciding anything. You subscribe only to continue past them.
How much does it cost after that?
£49 per month, or £199 every 6 months (about £33 a month), to continue past the first two units. Both are recurring subscriptions: the monthly plan renews automatically every month and the 6-month plan renews automatically every 6 months, each until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. You can cancel any time.
Do the questions come from the exam?
No. The questions are original and are not recalls from the exam. You are training your knowledge, not memorising someone else's paper.
Will this get me through the exam?
There is no guarantee of passing, and nobody can honestly sell you one. It is not a substitute for the official exam materials; it is how you put in the hours alongside them.

How does this compare with other question banks?
We compare ourselves with four other Dermatology SCE question banks, using what each provider states on its own website: Dermatology SCE question banks compared.
Is this connected to the examining body?
No. It is unofficial and not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by MRCP(UK) (the Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom).
